     As a high school student you’ve probably had a lot of homework and said, “I’m tired of it.” There are many arguments on why we should and shouldn’t. Here’s the question is homework actually important? Well homework teaches students responsibilities. It provides more time to study. According to procon.org, “Studies show that homework improves student achievement in terms of improved grades, test results, and the likelihood to attend college.”These are benefits, but what about the negative side about having homework. There is stress.”

     There have been studies that show that. People tend to lose weight when they have too much homework. They also lose lots of sleep which makes us not focus a lot in school. According to a Huffpost article, it says, “If bombarded with countless lessons at school and at home, students may feel stress and anxiety should they fail to complete the assignment on time.” So as you can see there are many arguments on whether students should have homework or not.
