New Year, New Goal

Now that the school year has started, some may find it harder and harder to keep up with your summer diet. The first thing everyone should know is that you are perfect the way you are, but there is nothing wrong trying to get a little fit.

The most important tip to remember is water. That’s right….WATER! Many may not realize, water is what controls most of your health and diet. Most people know that you can survive much longer with water than with food.

Water Facts:

  •   Drinking water can help you eat less
  •   Provides nutrition without the calories
  •   You should drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
  •   Water is the quickest way to get hydrated

Everyone’s body type is different. Just so you know your age and height is not the only thing that can determine if you are overweight or not. There are many factors that need to be considered as well. For example: your body type, health issues, and family history. Those can be major factors in determining what your ideal weight should be.

        Water tips:

  •   Drink 8 glasses of water a day
  •   Drink a glass of water before every meal (no exceptions)
  •   If you’re feeling hungry drink some water
  •   Don’t over drink water or under drink

With these simple water tips you can change your body in many ways. Know that your body won’t change overnight but you will see a difference in a few days. You will start to notice that your digestive system is working faster, and your feeling more energized. You may also notice that your eating habits may begin to change.

“It is life, I think, to watch the water. A man can learn so many things.” – Nicholas Sparks
